In health class this year, you learned how to create a healthy meal by using My Plate as your nutrition model. The YouTube video I have attached to this post will review all the information that you received during class.
For today's assignment, I would like you to watch the video, and then plan a healthy lunch or dinner menu that meet all the guidelines according to My Plate. I have also provided a meal planner you can use to jot down your ideas. Once you have your menu plan made, ask the "Chef" in your family if you could use your meal plan and help them make the meal you have created for your family. Good luck and have fun!!!
