Happy Homecoming Week!
There are several events this week. Softball and Volleyball are both home this evening. Boy's tennis will be home tomorrow. Friday will have the Homecoming parade down Central Avenue beginning at 2:15 pm and then the home football game. Join us as we take on the Syracuse Rockets. Especially if you are a Pioneer Alumni- come on out and support the Pioneers!

Varsity Boy's Tennis with Ralston has been postponed as well. However, the JV Boy's Tennis Team will be traveling to Ralston to compete.

Due to the potential for rain tonight, we will be playing our varsity softball game first at 5:00 pm in Murray against Cass County. We will play JV following the varsity game weather permitting.

Several NCPS Board Members received recognition for their volunteer participation in events, trainings and workshops provided by the Nebraska Association of School Boards (NASB) at the Area Membership Meeting on September 10, 2025. Nebraska City's "Back to School" Bash!

Nebraska City Public Schools "Back to School Bash" will be on August 22nd from 6:00pm to 8:00pm followed by the Community Pep Rally.  All events will take place at the High School.  This event is open to all Nebraska City and will be a great time!  Children must be wearing a wristband to participate and wristbands will cost $10.00
It's never too early to start planning! Here is information on our back-to-school night for the 2025-2026 school year.
